Preferred Water Solutions provides residential and commercial water filtration and treatment solutions, including whole-home filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and related installation and maintenance services in the Denver, Colorado metro area and surrounding regions.
All services are subject to availability, property assessment, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service for any reason at our sole discretion.
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-home water test and system evaluation. Our home filtration systems start at $3,999, with free installation included on qualifying purchases.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on property-specific requirements, material costs, or scope of work discovered during installation. Any changes to quoted pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Free installation is included with qualifying system purchases. Installation is performed by trained technicians and is subject to scheduling availability. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property and plumbing infrastructure at the scheduled installation time.
You are responsible for ensuring your property meets any applicable local code requirements prior to installation. We are not liable for pre-existing plumbing deficiencies or damage caused by conditions outside our control.
Our water filtration systems come with a lifetime warranty on qualifying equipment, covering manufacturer defects under normal use and maintenance conditions. Warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

Payment terms will be provided at the time of your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated during the sales process. Payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
